Freshservice (MCP)

🚀 Quickstart

Connect to the Freshservice MCP server with Nango using your API key and your Freshservice subdomain.

Create the integration

In Nango (free signup), go to Integrations → Configure New Integration → Freshservice (MCP).

Add a connection

Go to Connections → Add Test Connection → Freshservice (MCP). Enter your subdomain and API key. See the connect guide for step-by-step instructions.

Call the Freshservice MCP server

Make your first MCP request (e.g. initialize). Replace the placeholders below with your Environment API key, integration ID, and connection ID:

Install Nango’s backend SDK with npm i @nangohq/node. Then run:
