🚀 Quickstart

Connect to Outline with Nango and see data flow in 2 minutes.

Create the integration

In Nango (free signup), go to Integrations -> Configure New Integration -> Outline.

Authorize Outline

Go to Connections -> Add Test Connection -> Authorize, then log in to Outline. Later, you’ll let your users do the same directly from your app.

Call the Outline API

Let’s make your first request to the Outline API to fetch the authenticated user’s info. Replace the placeholders below with your Environment API key, integration ID, and connection ID:

Install Nango’s backend SDK with npm i @nangohq/node. Then run:

Outline’s API is RPC-style: every endpoint is a POST request to https://app.getoutline.com/api/:method, including read-only calls like auth.info.
