API gotchas

  • Sync STT is served from https://sync.assemblyai.com (EU: https://sync.eu.assemblyai.com), not from the connection’s base URL. Call it with baseUrlOverride set to that host; Nango keeps the connection’s credentials and headers. See Cloud endpoints & data residency.
  • LLM Gateway is served from https://llm-gateway.assemblyai.com (EU: https://llm-gateway.eu.assemblyai.com), with /v1 in the endpoint path. Call it with baseUrlOverride set to that host; Nango keeps the connection’s credentials and headers. See LLM Gateway quickstart.
  • Temporary tokens are minted at https://token.assemblyai.com/v1/token. Call it with baseUrlOverride set to https://token.assemblyai.com; Nango keeps the connection’s credentials and headers. See Temporary tokens.
