Tracify Analytics

Quickstart

Connect to Tracify Analytics with Nango and query your KPI data.

Create the integration

In Nango (free signup), go to Integrations -> Configure New Integration -> Tracify.

Connect your Tracify account

Go to Connections -> Add Test Connection -> Authorize, then enter your Tracify Analytics API token, Site ID, and Preset ID. Later, you’ll let your users do the same directly from your app.

Call the Tracify Analytics API

Replace the placeholders below with your Environment API key, integration ID, and connection ID:

Install Nango’s backend SDK with npm i @nangohq/node. Then run:

API gotchas

The published KPI templates require both a siteId and a presetId. Nango stores these as connection configuration and sends the site ID as the API’s csids query parameter.
presetId is not required by every Tracify Analytics endpoint. For example, export-status queries use the site ID and task ID but do not use a preset ID.
Data from the last 24 hours is preliminary and may change after processing. Re-request recent periods when finalized data is required.
