Overview

To authenticate with Reply.io, you will need:
  1. API Key - A key that grants secure access to the API, enabling authorized applications to interact with Reply.io resources and services.
This guide will walk you through finding your API Key within Reply.io.

Prerequisites:

  • You must have a Reply.io account.

Step 1: Finding Your API Key

  1. Log in to your Reply.io account and navigate to Settings > API Key.
  2. Your API key is displayed on this page. Click Copy to copy it to your clipboard.

Step 2: Enter credentials in the Connect UI

Once you have your API Key:
  1. Open the form where you need to authenticate with Reply.io.
  2. Enter your API Key in the field provided.
  3. Submit the form, and you should be successfully authenticated.
You are now connected to Reply.io.
