Inteliquent - How do I link my account?

Overview

To authenticate with Inteliquent, you will need:

1. API Key - The company-level API Key generated in the Inteliquent customer portal.
2. API Secret - The API Secret issued together with that API Key.
3. API subdomain - The Services API subdomain for the environment (production or sandbox) the API Key was generated in.

These are API credentials, not your Inteliquent portal username and password.

Prerequisites

• You must have access to the Inteliquent customer portal (production or sandbox).
• Your portal user must have admin rights to view or generate the company API Key.

Instructions

Step 1: Generate an API Key and API Secret

1. Log in to the Inteliquent customer portal for the environment you want to connect: portal.inteliquent.com for production or portal-sandbox.inteliquent.com for sandbox.
2. Open the Admin section and locate the company API Key settings.
3. Copy the API Key and API Secret, or generate a new pair if none exists. Store them securely; generating a new pair invalidates the previous one for every application that uses it.

Step 2: Find your API subdomain

API Keys are environment-specific. Pick the subdomain that matches the portal you generated the key in:

Step 3: Enter credentials in the Connect UI

Once you have your API Key, API Secret, and API subdomain:

1. Open the form where you need to authenticate with Inteliquent.
2. Select the API subdomain (services or services-sandbox) from Step 2.
3. Enter your API Key in the API Key field.
4. Enter your API Secret in the API Secret field.
5. Submit the form, and you should be successfully authenticated.

You are now connected to Inteliquent.
