Overview

To authenticate with Clio, you will need:
  1. Hostname - The hostname for your Clio region.
This guide will walk you through finding your Hostname.

Step 1: Finding Your Hostname

Clio uses different hostnames based on your region:
  • US: app.clio.com
  • EU: eu.app.clio.com
  • CA: ca.app.clio.com
  • AU: au.app.clio.com
To determine your region, log in to your Clio account and check the URL in your browser’s address bar.

Step 2: Enter credentials in the Connect UI

Once you have your hostname:
  1. Open the form where you need to authenticate with Clio.
  2. Enter the Hostname for your region (e.g., app.clio.com).
  3. Submit the form and authorize the application when prompted.
You are now connected to Clio.
