Prerequisites
- Your organization must be registered with Beeline.
Instructions
Step 1: Getting your credentials from Beeline
Beeline API access isn’t self-service. Contact your Beeline Customer Operations Manager (COM) to open a change request scoping your needs — Beeline uses this to determine which API solution applies to you. Once scoped, Beeline’s Integrations team creates your credentials and securely transmits your Client ID, Client Secret, and Client Site ID to you. Confirm with your COM which Beeline API product your Client ID was granted access to (Client APIs, Bulk Data Client Onboarding, Bulk Data Worker, or Bulk Data Reporting) and whether it’s on the US or EU region — you’ll need both for the next step.Step 2: Choosing your Region and Audience
Beeline authenticates with Auth0-styleclient_credentials: the Audience you request determines which API product your access token is valid for, and it’s also the base URL you call that API at. The Authorization Server Region is separate — it’s always one of two values, matching whichever region your Audience is on.
Select the Audience matching your API product and region:
Step 3: Enter credentials in the Connect UI
Once you have your Client ID, Client Secret, and Client Site ID:- Open the form where you need to connect Beeline VMS.
- Enter your Client ID and Client Secret in their respective fields.
- Select Authorization Server Region and Audience from the tables above.
- Enter your Client Site ID.
- Submit the form, and you should be successfully authenticated.
