Aha! - How do I link my account?

Overview

To authenticate with Aha!, you need:

1. Aha! Subdomain — the subdomain of your Aha! account.

This guide will show you how to find it.

Prerequisites

• An Aha! account.

Step 1: Find your subdomain

1. Sign in to Aha!.
2. Look at the address in your browser. It looks like https://yourcompany.aha.io.
3. Your subdomain is the part before .aha.io. In this example, it’s yourcompany.

Step 2: Enter your subdomain in the Connect UI

1. Open the form where you need to authenticate with Aha!.
2. Enter your Aha! Subdomain.
3. Click Connect. You’ll be redirected to Aha! to authorize access.

You are now connected to Aha!.
