# Paycor - How do I link my account?

# Overview

To authenticate with Paycor, you need:

1. **Company ID** - Your Paycor company identifier

This guide will walk you through finding your Company ID in Paycor.

### Prerequisites

* You must have a Paycor account.

### Instructions

#### Step 1: Finding your Company ID

1. Log in to your [Paycor](https://hcm.paycor.com/) account.
2. Click the ☰ menu icon, then navigate to **Company** > **Departments**.

3. You'll find your **Company ID** in the top left corner. It will look something like `290180`.

#### Step 2: Enter your credentials in the Connect UI

Once you have your **Company ID**:

1. Open the form where you need to authenticate with Paycor.
2. Enter your **Company ID** in the designated field.
3. Submit the form to complete authentication.

You are now connected to Paycor.
