# Shopify (OAuth)

> Integrate your application with the Shopify API

## 🚀 Quickstart

Connect to Shopify with Nango and see data flow in 2 minutes.

    In Nango ([free signup](https://app.nango.dev)), go to [Integrations](https://app.nango.dev/dev/integrations) -> *Configure New Integration* -> *Shopify*.

  <Step title="Authorize Shopify">
    Go to [Connections](https://app.nango.dev/dev/connections) -> *Add Test Connection* -> *Authorize*, then log in to Shopify. Later, you'll let your users do the same directly from your app.

  <Step title="Call the Shopify API">
    Let's make your first request to the Shopify API (fetch a list of customers). Replace the placeholders below with your [secret key](https://app.nango.dev/dev/environment-settings), [integration ID](https://app.nango.dev/dev/integrations), and [connection ID](https://app.nango.dev/dev/connections):

<Note>Shopify recently introduced expiring offline access tokens (December 2025) — unlike non-expiring tokens, these include a refresh token and rotate every hour. To migrate to expiring offline tokens or to generate a fresh set of tokens, users need to [re-authenticate their connection](/guides/primitives/auth#re-authorize-an-existing-connection).</Note>
