# Aha!

> Integrate your application with the Aha! API

## 🚀 Quickstart

Connect to Aha! with Nango and see data flow in 2 minutes.

**1. Create the integration**

In Nango ([free signup](https://app.nango.dev)), go to **Integrations** -> *Configure New Integration* -> *Aha!*.

**2. Authorize Aha!**

Go to **Connections** -> *Add Test Connection* -> *Authorize*, then enter your Aha! subdomain and log in to Aha!. Later, you'll let your users do the same directly from your app.

**3. Call the Aha! API**

Let's make your first request to the Aha! API to fetch the current user. Replace the placeholders below with your [Environment API key](https://nango.dev/docs/reference/backend/http-api/api-keys.md), integration ID, and connection ID:

**cURL**

```bash theme={null}
curl "https://api.nango.dev/proxy/api/v1/me" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer <NANGO-API-KEY>" \
  -H "Provider-Config-Key: <INTEGRATION-ID>" \
  -H "Connection-Id: <CONNECTION-ID>"
```

**Node**

Install Nango's backend SDK with `npm i @nangohq/node`. Then run:

```typescript theme={null}
import { Nango } from '@nangohq/node';
const nango = new Nango({ apiKey: '<NANGO-API-KEY>' });
const res = await nango.get({
    endpoint: '/api/v1/me',
    providerConfigKey: '<INTEGRATION-ID>',
    connectionId: '<CONNECTION-ID>'
});
console.log(res.data);
```

Or fetch credentials with the [Node SDK](https://nango.dev/docs/reference/backend/backend-sdk/node.md#get-a-connection-with-credentials) or [API](https://nango.dev/docs/reference/backend/http-api/connections/get.md).

✅ You're connected! Check the **Logs** tab in Nango to inspect requests.

**4. Implement Nango in your app**

Follow our [quickstart](https://nango.dev/docs/getting-started/quickstart.md) to integrate Nango in your app.

To obtain your own production credentials, follow the setup guide linked below.

## 📚 Aha! integration guides

* [How do I link my account?](https://nango.dev/docs/api-integrations/aha/connect)\
  Find your Aha! subdomain and sign in to connect your Aha! account.

* [How to register your own Aha! OAuth app](https://nango.dev/docs/api-integrations/aha/how-to-register-your-own-aha-oauth-app)\
  Register an OAuth app with Aha! and obtain credentials to connect it to Nango.

## 🚨 API gotchas

* Aha! access tokens don't expire and Aha! doesn't issue refresh tokens. A token stays valid until the user revokes the app in Aha!.
* Aha! has no OAuth scopes. A token has the same access as the user who authorized the app.
* Every API request goes to the account's own domain (`https://<subdomain>.aha.io`), so each connection needs the subdomain.
* Aha! allows up to 300 requests per minute and 20 per second per account, and returns `429` when either limit is exceeded. Nango retries after the time in the `X-Ratelimit-Reset` header.

## 🧩 Pre-built syncs & actions for Aha!

Enable them in your dashboard. Extend and customize to fit your needs.
